To ensure that your experience at Aura Beauty is seamless and stress-free, here are a few important policies to keep in mind. These guidelines help me provide the best service possible and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
A Few Ground Rules
All appointments must be booked via my online booking platform
A 48 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling. Appointments rescheduled 25-48 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the total cost of the service.
Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time, including no-shows, will incur a fee of 100% of the total cost of the service.
Three or more consecutive reschedules may result in being unable to book future appointments.
All appointments must have a valid credit card on file per my cancellation policy.
Emergencies are always taken into consideration when handling cancellations/late arrivals/reschedules.

Children and extra guests are not permitted in the studio unless prior authorization has been granted.
