For recurring acne bootcamp clients only, each bi-weekly treatment will consist of a combination of enzyme treatments, chemical peels, extractions, and/or LED light therapy with the intention of clearing acne lesions quickly and efficiently.
Home care will also be assessed at each appointment to determine of additional products or percentages of active Ingredients need to be increased.

DMK LEVEL 2
With the added benefits of 2 additional “intensifier” masks, level 2 takes skin rejuvenation to a new level: “muscle banding”. The intensifying masks act as a workout for the muscles in the face, resulting in a more sculpted and defined look.
A minimum of 2 level 1 treatments is required before moving to level 2.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Glow
Come in with an open mind and be prepared to gain some knowledge, talk about your current skincare routine, and most importantly.. relax! Leading up to your facial, if you are on any “actives” (vitamin C, retinol. AHA/BHA products) make sure to discontinue the use of those 3-5 days in advance.
How do I prepare for my first facial appointment?
Generally speaking, everything I offer is minimally invasive. For the most part, the only downtime associated with most facial services is to stay out of the sun/protect your skin if you’re going to be outside. That said, if you are receiving a chemical peel or Skinpen Microneedling, you can experience anywhere from 48-72 hours of more sensitivity and slight redness, flaking, or peeling. EVERYONE is different though, and those times can absolutely vary from person to person. Feel free to reach out to receive personalized insight on how your skin may respond.
Is there any downtime associated with these services?
Post-care is super important! Your skin will be freshly exfoliated and therefor more sensitive to the sun. SPF is the most important step in your routine to keep your fresh, new skin protected. You may also continue the use of your active ingredients about 3-5 days after your facial treatment. Additionally, you should not workout, sweat, or swim the same day after you receive a facial.
What do I do after my facial?
Skincare is such a personal and impactful thing, which is why I strongly recommend trusting my comprehensive plan for your skin health. I will always work with your budget, lifestyle, and desired skin goals to curate the perfect regimen for you. As we all know, there are thousands of products on the market and new ones coming out daily; which is why i am very intentional about which ones i carry and recommend. This helps to ensure that we always know how a product works and exactly what it will do for your skin.
What skincare products do you recommend?
My acne bootcamp is designed to promote clearer, healthier skin in an accelerated timeline using an integrative approach. Over the course of (at least) 90 days, we will discuss and make changes to the lifestyle factors and skincare products that can be affecting your acne. Every step of the treatment, I will be there to ensure you feel seen and heard in the process. Sometimes, things can get worse before they get better, which is called purging, but trusting the process and pushing through the purge will reveal the ultimate results that you are looking for. Throughout the course of your acne bootcamp, we will perform biweekly enzyme exfoliation, chemical peels, and extractions to clear your skin. Compliance with this schedule is absolutely imperative to ensure your end result.
